Almond snacks

Feel for some healthy and slightly hot snacks? Almonds! 
About 300 g of almonds
2-3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
2 teaspoons Himalayan salt (or similar)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or hot chili powder)

Add almonds to baking paper and cook 8 min at 180 degrees Celcius hot air (don´t burn) Mix oil, pepper and salt in a bowl and pour in the almonds when they are fried, mix well, put back on the baking paper and cook another 3 minutes. Cool. Easy and good. And cheaper than the ones you buy at the store.

Sugen på litt sunt og litt hot snacks? Mandler!
Ca 300 g mandler
2-3ss rapsolje
2ts Himalaya salt (e.l.lignende)
1ts cayennepepper el chilipulver
Legg mandlene på bakepapir og stek 8 min på 180 grader varmluft (ikke brenn)
Bland olje, pepper og salt i en bolle og hell oppi mandlene når de er stekt, bland godt, legg tilbake på bakepapiret og stek ytterlige 3 min. Avkjøl.
Enkelt og kjempegodt. Og billigere enn de du får kjøpt på butikken.
