Rask lakselunsj med chili, ingefær og hvitløk

1 hakket rød chili (med eller uten frø)
Noen cm hakket ingefær
2 båter hvitløk, finhakket
Olivenolje
Salt

Quick Salmon Lunch – with ginger, garlic and red chili

1 chopped red chili (with or without seeds)
Some cm chopped ginger
2 boats garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt
Skin and boneless salmon (or use whatever you want)

Broccoli

Add plenty of olive oil to the frying pan, not too hot (a little more than medium). Mix together what you have chopped and pour into the oil. While you fry, pour oil / spice mix over the fish once in a while, and serve with lots of boiled broccoli. The oil blend can also be poured onto the broccoli, lots of delicious flavor! Salt as you like.
Done in 10 minutes!

TIP:
When I buy ginger, chili, garlic or herbs, it tends to be lying in my fridge or on the counter becoming moldy or drying out after I have used it in a dish. Then it is wise to pick them up as soon as they are bought, cut it finely, put it in small bags in the freezer for use when you need them. It’s so easy! And it lasts for months!
